[RMVX ACE] Enemy transform

I'm having a little difficulty with enemy transformation. I have where the enemy starts out as a dragon but when it goes down to half, it changes into something else which then transforms again when its below a quarter health but I'm not exactly sure how to though. Including that I want them to use specific skills or say certain things when they use an attack or something but not sure how to though since i know how it works with the dragon but then the other two forms I'm confused by, can somebody help me out with this? Thanks

I need help in making a chest open again randomly when you leave the floor and go to the floor again. I have a randomizer set on the chests as shown in the link. i don't want the player to open them again and again too many times like maybe 2 or 3 times for each chest. help is appreciated. thanks

I need help with something I'm trying to do with armors and items. I'm trying to make it where you pick an armor and then put it into the items, like for example a Knight's Shield, I put that in with the items but I'm wondering though should I change the name and/or description or leave it as it is. And also I'm trying to make it where you give the item to a NPC as well. Help is appreciated, thanks

How do you change the item rarity of an item, weapon, or armor in RPG Maker VX ACE? I been having trouble with it.
