Hello, hopefully this does not seem disrespectful for my first post here but, more or less I would like to make a RPG. However, I don't really have the skills to make it myself.

To elaborate I have a very strong desire to make a cross over RPG. Yes, I know I am far from the first one and I know a lot of people here despise those who make unoriginal work but please hear me out.

As a fan of Final Fantasy and countless other games I always did want to see at least one crossover game. I don't know if anyone here knows about Super Robot Wars or the Namco VS Capcom crossover game but I wanted to make a crossover game that had a cross over story in the vein of that, more or less a cross over game that tried to at least be a little serious about it. I in fact wrote a fanfic about my ideal story, so I all ready have the story in mind. I know that a story does not translate in to a video game that well but, I am willing to figure out how to translate it decently.

The worlds I intended to include were Mario, Sonic, the Legend of Zelda, Metriod, Megaman X, and Final Fantasy, with a few others depending on how it goes from there.

I see it as having it that all the various game series's are simply apart of a massive universes and they would be united in a Star wars style government. It requires some imagination but I have it all worked out.

More or less its about a hero teaming up with the hero's of many worlds to confront a galactic threat, the plot is far more complex then just a hero team up though.

I did have the idea of having a mix of both unoriginal and original hero's and villains, if they can be pulled off at least in the game. For a crossover game, I seen that having a original hero and a original villain helps insure that the non original bad guys don't over shadow each other or something, so it makes sense from that angel.

So, I would like to try and make a RPG out of this if I can pull it off, but once more, I am, not really good at programing or coding, so I really could use help if anyone feels like trying this out. I all ready have the plans for how it could work, it could involve multiple planets that would lead to many world maps, in the vain of Star Ocean 4 or Mass Effect, or even Kingdom Hearts.

I seen some of the other fan RPG's like the Mario one, the Megaman X one and the many Final Fantasy fan RPGs, so I know that Sprite importing is possible.

So, does anyone sound interested? Despite it not begin a original project, I see creating a good crossover game, one that would likely never be released as a real game as a worthy project. So, hope its appealing enough for someone else here to be willing to give it a shot, thanks in advance.
