Ever since I got my new video card, all RPG Maker games have messed up resolutions.
OK, when I open the Nvidia Control panel, and go to the change flat panel scaling, I see the option Use NVIDIA scaling with fixed aspect ratio, but all the options are greyed out.
It's set on use my display's built in scaling.
So I can't change it. You have any idea why?
My monitor is a Gateway HD2201.
As for posting a screen shot, all screens come out as they normally would, so it doesn't show the problem.
I also tried to make a video, to upload to show the problem, but fraps won't let me make video of RPG Maker games.

Even a year later, after installing many RTP, it stills says that the file vehicle is missing.

Yeah, unfortunately clicking that has no effect for some odd reason.
This is a odd problem, not sure why this new video card would cause this.
My old card was a MSI NX8800GTS, and my new one is a EVGA GTX 260

It's in full screen mode, I noticed that F4 puts it in a window, but the window is way too small.
Plus, I'd rather play it in Full screen.

Since I got my new GTX 260 today, all RPG Maker games have a really odd resolution.
It's really zoomed in, and really out of focus.
Changing my desktop resolution does nothing to fix it.
It's there a way to change RPG Maker 2003 resolution?
No other games have this bad resolution, so I really don't know what's causing it.
Anyone know anything that could help?

For some reason, the arrow keys won't work in any game.
Huh....after restarting my computer, RPGmaker seems to be working fine.
I even got the fonts back.
I won't lie, I feel pretty stupid.

For some reason, the arrow keys won't work in any game.
OK, using that RPG_RT fixes my fonts for RPGmaker 2003 games, but I can't use it with 2000 games(The game I'm bug fixing is a 2000 game).
I have a feeling this arrow key problem may have never happen to many others.
Edit: Just checked, RPGmaker XP games seem to work fine. So it's just 2000 and 2003, I"m so confused...

For some reason, the arrow keys won't work in any game.
Unfortunately, putting those fonts in that folder didn't do anything. Those fonts were already in there anyway.
Just have those having those fonts in windows/fonts should get the fonts to show right?
In between the last time I played a RPGmaker game, I think that's when I downloaded System pack 3 for Windows XP, which has caused other programs to stop working, Zelda Classic for example.
Could this be part of the problem?
Would you happen to know a way to downgrade back to SP2?

For all I know, this may have something to do with me not being able to use Internet Explorer, every time I try to open it, it says it can't find it, even when I'm in the IE in Program Files(Where my computer says it can't find it).
