You could make a small area of the game that is exclusive to the demo. That's what most commercial games do. But that sounds like it might take a while, and it would probably be in everyone's best intrest if you spent that time finishing the game instead. :)

It seems you have enough content complete to make a short demo of your game.

Are you gonna make a demo so we can see what we have to look forward to? I think that's something everyone can enjoy.
