Whenever I play RPG Maker 2K3 in full screen it looks like this:Also I can't play music while in the editor nor does music play when I run the game.

Go to your Master Volume Settings and make sure SW Synth is not muted and is all the way up. If you can't see SW Synth, click "options","properties" and make sure the SW Synth box is checked.

As for the screen, Im not sure. Try reinstalling RM2k3.

Oh thank you, I remember on my old computer the SW Synth would mute randomly for somereason. I did reinstall 2K3 but it didn't help but window mode works. I'll just play in window mode until I find the solution. Thank you again.

Fayt is outgoing and optimistic. He is no longer in high school, now going to College once a week to get his GED. He loves his job at making RPs and is willing to help out his other teammates make theirs. He seems to like making other people's RPs then his own it seems. He isn't very good at spriting right now but he can sprite big things. He might not be the biggest Mother fan but he still enjoys the games. He aso enjoys Zelda, FF, Tales, and Mario. He mostly likes the classics. Fayt is thinking of becoming either a game designer or a voice actor. He started out with SunMoon Productions then moved to Ledah Productions now he has RegyRP Productions.
