This chipset is actually from the game Taut. But if you look at the newest screenshot I changed this map so it doesn't look like the one in Taut.

If you're technically asking... it's made with pictures. I you're asking how it is working in game, it is always turned on and you can't turn it off. At first, I made it so you can turn it off by pressing a key, but you won't be able to play without it so I decided to remove that option.

That's the downside of the flashlight.
The flashlight is a black image with a certain percent of opacity, so most of the area is "darker" than normal.

To answer the first question, yes, I made a picture identical to the outside of the mansion and made it scroll with the map.

And tardis, in the early screenshot you can see that I did the same map with chipset but the problem was that the flashlight appeared behind the windows.
