Like, I dunno, maybe you're relaying how involved you are with the game-making process incorrectly, but, it doesn't actually sound like you're doing anything for the project?
I am the Director, and Level Designer. Essentially my job is to bring the resources from the team together in to the game, but also to bring the team together, and motivate them, challenge them, and push the team forward, together.
Yes, I agree, it does seem to be I am more like a "boss" rather than a "leader" maybe it is the way I have written it. The whole point of a team is to work together. Thanks for bringing this up, hopefully I can help you understand.
My role in the team is to LEAD the team, assigning roles.
What I want is for the team to be of the same importance, with everyone having their own expertise (artist, scripter). As for myself, I will be creating the levels, items, spells, characters, dungeons, quest chains. On top of this I will be keeping track of progress, leading meeting (for brainstorming and checking where we're up to) and just generally helping out the best I can.
I removed the Mapper role, it isn't necassary, I will take this role, for anyone concerned whether I have a role or not.
I hope this clears things up.

That's what I suspected. You grabbed the website where the picture resided, rather than the picture itself. That's why it was showing a "broken link" icon.

I'm not sure if I have any screenshots of the game as i deleted it a few months ago (stupid idea), there may be a few screenshots floating around somewhere, I will take a look when I get home. :)

[RMVX ACE] Looking for Illustrator, Pixel Artist, and Scripter [Serious Team]
Hi,
My name is Cameron, and I'm looking for a team to work with me in creating a new, exciting and enjoyable RPG.
For any of you who are interested, here is some screenshots of a solo project of mine I worked on a while ago (unreleased):

Now you must be asking, how will the game play? Well, I have some ideas, which need to be built upon, hopefully with input from the team.
- Conflict between two factions
- Heavily focused on the story line
- Fantasy based RPG
- Set in the past (medieval times almost)
The player starts out as a young man (17-19) in an academy where they train people to become great warriors and leaders. After he finishes his training, he returns home, only to find his home village over run by the opposite faction, friends and family have vanished. This is where the first introduction to both factions will happen, and the player will battle his way through, to take back the town. The duke of the village fled during the invasion. During the game the player works this out, and assassinates the duke of his hometown, and becomes the new Duke of the town of Veritas (the new village survivors fled to). This is his first approach to authority in the world. Closer to the end of the game, the player leads the friendly faction into battle, on the plains of his hometown.
So, what am I looking for to help with this project?
Illustrator (AVAILABLE)
Someone who can come up with interesting character styles, that you would expect an RPG to have (ancient wizards, aggressive warriors etc.), create character faces, turnarounds (for the pixel artist), landscapes (for the main menu) and GUI's.
Pixel Artist (AVAILABLE)
Someone who is able to create tilesets, character sprites, items, and also the preview you get of spells, and equipment.
Scripter (AVAILABLE)
Someone who can create custom action battle systems, interactive items (teleportation stones etc) create maps, custom equipment slots (more than the average 5), a bag system, etc.
What is my role you ask? I will be designing the levels, coming up with quest lines, balancing out abilities of the player and NPC's. But also assigning things for the team, and most of all helping out anywhere I am needed.
If you're interested in any of these roles, go ahead and PM me, I may ask for examples of your work etc.
Skype and a Google account will be needed.
There is no salary during production, however, when the game is released, each month the money will be split between all developers. What more? It gives you experience, the most important thing in this industry!
