Is there a way to animate the background during the battle?
Oh man, guys, you know what? I'am totally dissapointed in RPG Maker. I'm tried making a few stuff like draw battle animations in 1920x1080 resolution (sounds silly, yep) and I'm quit. Like my entire development with RPG Maker such a endless battle between I'd wanna do and I'd can do.

Is there a way to animate the background during the battle?
The most important thing that I wanted to find out whether the addition of gif (as the easiest and desired way for me) in the background possible. I really like the way done in the background Hylics, best game making with RPG Maker I've ever seen, but it's not quite what I'm looking for.
I hope for the existence of any plugin or to just write the code, but unfortunately, I'm not a programmer.
