GILLIATT'S PROFILE

I just wanted to point out that even though it's been a little bit more than a month since my last post, I still haven't found Evil Pants, although I gave it two more tries. So if any generous soul see this and know where he is, please let me know.

I keep reading about Evil Pants, but I have no idea where he is? Can someone help me?

(All I have done for the last two days is search for him in Venom Depths. Since all my characters are already level 99 and I have found the 4 crystals, this is getting pretty frustrating, because it's all waisted time.)
