Yeah, you just also need to constantly barf out fanwork, preferably of the cloying and/or annoyingly memetic variety. And, of course, heavily shipping-based.
It'd also be good if you could insert it into every discussion that's vaguely related, so you could let the unwashed masses know that it is Jesus's Second Coming in video game form.
Y'know, the same stuff that happens with whatever the latest popular thing is. :V
I just goaded a couple of my friends into playing it so that we'd all be in the Undertale phase together and could all ramble incessantly about it!

It's a pretty great game, I just feel weird because of all the people going fukken apeshit over it and I'm over here all, "Well, I liked it and it was well done but IDK how you got THAT attached to everything."
I suppose most of my Undertale Phase got channeled into getting excited about it with uni in real life. I just sometimes reblog cute pics otherwise. And talk shit about the fandom, but I'm always talking shit about fandoms. v:Vv

I started off not really liking it that much (fuck you Toriel you shady motherfucker. seriously, she is one shady chick. no, like, she's all 'oh i come here every day to check for people who fall down... but oh no-one has fallen down here in years' yeah I don't trust you lady bone bros are awesome tho) but the characters grew on me. I'm not super crazy about it, but it is cute. Kinda hate the battle system a bit even if I can see that people would like it because it's a departure from normal battle systems - it just feels like dodge ball vs space invaders to me and that makes me a bit meh about it.
If I could just talk to the enemies without having todie dodge all the time I'd enjoy it a lot more.

@sooz Yeah, I get that the popularity of the thing can make enthusiasm about it seem grating. Trying to be a bit quiet even though I am extremely attached haha
This sums up a lot of how I feel about it! When he says "I feel like the game loves me back" it sounds lame at first, but really just expresses how respective the game is with life and its playerbase!
@unity I'm very much in the "ommg look at all the detailssss :O" phase! haha
@Libby It's funny, because Toriel is my favorite~ Papyrus and Sans are really great though!
