When I d/l the no rtp required it constantly wants to reinstall over and over.
When I d/l the other, I get dialogue but when I go to subscreen I see numbers but no descriptions
Answer to first question:
The install files including the RTP have worked properly when others tried them. I think that issue is on your end.

How exactly do you win the game (without cheating, that is)?
I mean, win or lose, I always get the game over screen.
Seek the true ending. Only the best and the brightest Shepherds will see the epic saga's truthful conclusion. Are you good enough to attain it?
