Does anybody here knows if a limited Steam account can send gifts?

A limited steam account becomes unlimited if you spend five dollars so if you buy a game for at least five dollars then it shouldn't be a problem.

But I also just skimmed through the FAQ info thingie and it seems to me there's no limit to gift-giving.

Good, because right now, I have no way to pay money on Steam. XD
