I say "break yourselves upon my body" from that cataclysm WoW boss fight enough when playing with my cats or doing construction.
I also quote Resident Evil 2 alot because of the often cheesy lines and applying them to real life situations.
I'm sure we all quote a lot of stuff from games and especially our favorite ones but I'd love to hear any and all!
Feel free to also post your favorite quotes regardless if you say them often.

I use a few Wakka (Final Fantasy 10) lines, sometimes imitating his voice as much as possible. Such lines include "Rotten son of a shoopuf!" and "Stuff happens. Best not to worry."
I figured there would have been some amount of spouting of Castlevanina - Symphony of the Night when they did the Tribute mechanic in the Born of the Gods set (Magic: The Gathering). However, it never really surfaced. Also, I've never seen it used since then.

I get some use out of Radiant Silvergun's "BE ATTITUDE FOR GAINS" and Parappa's "I botta believe!", and occasionally Donpachi's "Keep your finger on the trigger, rookie!" and "TARGET THE WEAKPOINT OF THE F**KIN MACHINE. DO THE BEST YOU HAVE EVER DONE."
In almost any conversation about space I'll inevitably end up saying "Space is an ocean of space", which is something a character in Castle of Shikigami 3 says.
Some other ones I like to use sometimes:
"And with that, POW! I'm outta here!"
