Go outside. If you live near a park, go to that park, do stuff. Inspirations will come to you eventually. :)

I have had many an idea taking a shower, walking my dog, or doing my job. Any task that doesn't require you to really think about it is a great chance to just think about your game and come up with new ideas.

whenever i can't gam mak anymore, i spend days away from rpg maker and do all sorts of stuff, then i come back with a newly found will to work

Steal ideas from everybody else and make it 10x better...at least in your head.

But like Adon said, best thing to do is spend a few days away from it all and just do something else for awhile. After sometime, you're bound to pick up a new idea or two for your next project; it's what I do all the time! ^^
