Do you play a lot of sports or dive on your knees a lot like I do? Either way, enjoy your limited mobility while you still can (same goes with me).

I rotate my hand, and I hear 6 different things crackle in there. I flex my fingers, every joint pops. My knees as well.

Well it was basically all of those sounds plus my immediate family on both sides also having arthritis. But who knows? Sounds like there's hope, at least.
