I also appreciate big breasts. Not so big on the girls attached usually though, since most of them end up being ridiculously stupid as characters. However, I can love almost any character that thinks like a normal human being. Being a little silly on the side helps too.

I might have it wrong, but this sentence is somehow reminding me of the line, "Do you know what makes the number 200 so appropriate for the two of us? It's your weight and my IQ."

I like interesting, non-cliché characters, regards of whether they're party members or NPCs. Particularly if they have interested backgrounds and their interactions are interesting.

The tough and gruff guys that SHOULD be in charge of leading the party more than the whiny, wimpy main hero.

Seriously - why do some RPG's do that? Doesn't it make more sense for the older, much more experienced grizzled veteran to lead the team than some small boy / girl who just started picking up a sword for the very first time? I don't mind some RPG's that do that if most of the entire team are quite young, but not if you have someone in the group who is much older and with way more experienced.
