It is a speech from a book: Atlas Shrugged, by Ayn Rand.

Apparently, it takes over 3 hours to recite.

I read that book a long time ago and, once I realized the speech is 60+ pages long, I just... skipped it. There's not much in it that wasn't said in four other places in the novel.
