how do you do so that a person that is following you (in my case hes in my party) so when you enter an transfer like a door or something that he is still there and keeps fellowing you in the other world??

Well, i'm not really sure but i do know that there is a tutorial on doing this using rm2k3. You could try that and see if it works but most likely won't. Here's the link:
