I'm just saying how silly it is for a huge meteor that is, on collision site, around 30 meters in diameter (it was probably much bigger before entering the atmosphere) to only cause a slight tremor on impact. xD

The environmental impact of the crash should be the least of their worries- those things spin out of control during travel and have no padding, seatbelts or chairs at all. How do you stay upright in that shit during impact? How do you survive impact at all?

All the meteors had some sort of portals inside, so I assumed they let them crash, then warp over safely. Not sure what caused Galuf's amnesia in that case though.
