Oh, if you're going to the phils for beaches and stuff, I suggest you stay as far away from boracay as possible. Carmen (near where I live) and surigao are loads better (and cheaper, too. Even if you factor in the extra travel cost). Bora has practically become a 24-hour nightclub chock full of (generally drunk) muricans, koreans, and germans. Except if that's your sort of thing, then by all means go ahead.
