I can kinda see why we might not necessarily want our own event-page for the IGMC, but, a thread under What's Happening in Game Make & RMN could be appropriate.


Or, maybe all the talk is happening on the #eventofthemoment channel on Discord, rather than the forums. Might be easier to share progress screencaps there than needing to upload to a locker, or whatever.

I definitely don't think we should have an event-page for the IGMC but yeah, I miss at least a thread for the topic lol. I'm not good at this so I won't make one for now but it's THEEE AI GEEE EM CEE!! The Bi gést! THE ivento!

I wouldn't know of the IGMC if I hadn't seen this status, so yes, make a thread plz.

The prizes are interesting. Twelve days have already passed though... Not sure if I can make a game worth $4000 in 3 weeks.

Aaaaalright alright I did it! ORZ! I suppose someone has to! GOGOGO guys there's still time!
Also, worth 4000 is so subjective! Although it's weird to observe how much less 4000 is worth in 2022 compared to 2014 when we had the first IGMC. It's still 10000+ in prizes though -- there ARE several categories! And the biggest prize is just making the game <3
(with a chance of recouping the dev cost with one of the prizes hahaha)
