I'm a newbie game creator and I came across a program that is simple to use but is advanced at the same time. I'm hoping to succeed in making great games and please don't post hate due to the lack of detail. This happens because I started around 3 weeks ago and i'm new to the whole RPG Maker VX Ace thing.

Wait Icon
Alrighty, I'll get straight to the point so I don't bore you guys.
Whenever I go into a battle in my game, when my character isn't attacking, the icon is a shovel. When I attack it's the icon of the skill.
I need help fixing the shovel icon in battles, I downloaded "The Largest Iconset" and I have no clue how to fix the shovel thing.
If you want to know what I mean:
The character "Christo" has a shovel as his waiting symbol.
