Final Fantasy : Mystic Quest Remastered

I happened to find out that the reason why FFIV as well as FFVI for that matter were FFII and FFIII over here as because they didn't release the real II, III, and V til later..something which just makes a person wonder "why". :o
Man I need to see a FF shrink I'm addicted to them!
...First time I played FFIV DS i nearly cried seeing those characters in 3D haha!
I do prefer the remake of FF IV on the psp though xD

My first FF was FF V on the snes. Cant remember how much time i spent on mastering all jobs and defeating shinryu xD

So, I tried booting this up today, but I get to the splash screen and thennnn... nothin'. Dunno what's causing that -- I restarted my computer and it's running normally, but yeah.
Did you try to press esc?

Just finished the game. Good game but the last few bosses were to easy. Could be because my Banjamin is 99. xD The Dark King was ok though^^ Cant wait for Post-Game Stuff^^

Saves from old game versions seems to be incompatible. I walked back to Foresta and there i get the message when i try to enter the bonde dungeon: The Bone Dungeons is to dangerous to enter now. And when i try to enter the Sand Tempel it says: You cant enter the Sand Tempel now. When i tryto go back to the Focus Tower it says: A Mysterious Force is blocking the way. I also cant enter Level Forest.
Only thing i can enter is Foresta and there i see Kaeli lying in her bed... But shes also in my Party.

More Spells and Abilities for high lvl chars.
My benjamin just hit 99 and he didnt learn anything after lvl 70. Would be pretty cool to have Holyja and things like that.

All elemental spells are the same base damage, depending on their level, e.g Thundara is a focused thunder spell, so it's damage is is 500 with 20 variance, plus has thunder element, then we add the spirit of the character using it to that number, then add 30. (Blizzara and Fira would be the same) It always in MQ depends on the enemies weakness to elemental attacks. In the case of Beholder, for example, It is weak to piercing (Bow and arrows) and all elemental attacks. Beholder is also susceptible to all status effects, so they are quite easy to defeat if you silence them.

And beholder are hard because of their healing spell... I kepp hitting them with my strongest spells and they just heal it away.
In the case of Flare, and Mega-Flare which I changed earlier, thier base damage is the highest (900, 1200), add the spirit level to that and it can be quite lethal. It's also set at a higher critical ratio, so it's not uncommon for it to nearly reach 9999. (Which wasn't even possible in MQ)It also ignores defense so it can deal even more damage to enemies that even have strong defense.
Okay^^ A Scan Spell would help there alot.

Huh? The game is already patched and I'm trying to run it from game.exe -- what is there to locate?
Thought you tried to patch it and you have that error xD
Edit: Just got Excalibur^^ Now there is a reason for Gilgamesh to come and kill me xDD
