LEHLA'S PROFILE

What's up? My name's Lehla, you can call me Leh. I'd say nice to meet you, but we haven't met. But! Just send me a message. It's always good to widen your circle, right? I'm very open-minded (until you are racist, sexist, or satanist).
So, some info about me. I am 20 years old and currently living in New York. I'm currently taking a break from college, because it's too boring and not challenging enough... nerd. I'm single because I don't really go out much; everyone's ALWAYS busy and I don't have access to a car. Buses are gross, too many weirdos- compared to me. My sexual orientation is undefined as of late. Heck, I'm in love with a grinning demon.
I'm a proud geek and I'm pretty cute (do NOT call me sexy; I slap a guy for that). I collect many different types of things, usually cycling through them always expanding them. I'm going to be rich... richer someday when I sell them. I'm not a huge sports fan, but I do like Baseball. I've played many popular Horror RPGs. The best horrors focus on time, chases, puzzles, and the unsettling senses instead of just jump scares.
Hey, could you do me a favor?
I would appreciate it if SOMEONE could MAKE some TILE SETS and FACE SETS for me. I'm working on music, sprites, story, sound effects, voices, events, animation effects... but I'm tired of trying to do tile sets and my face sets suck. And, if you'd like to do some art, too, I'm not even started on pictures except the flashlight effects. Yeah, I'm trying to make a horror game...
That's enough for now. So, yeah. Hit me up!

The Basics of Variables

author=CrystalSF91
I would like some explicit information on something I'm trying to make. I'm trying to add a variable each time my character visits a room, and once she has gone to every room, the game ends.

I have Autism, and I want to get the job done right, so please give me all the details, like the checkboxes in the Conditiosn panel of the event window, the triggers, the priority level.

I don't know if you have this solved yet since it's been a year. And I'm not good at explaining stuff. But...
Maybe set a variable (I'd call it "Discovered Rooms") and every time you enter a room Add constant 1, instead of set constant. Once that variable has been added for that room, set up the second page so that it doesn't keep adding +1 constant every time you enter. Depending on how many rooms you have when the constant for "Discovered Rooms" equals that number the game ends. I think you need a common event for that last part so when variable

I don't have autism, but I do have Asperger's Syndrome. :-/

The Basics of Variables

Life. Saver. I was running out of switches and had no idea how to make my quizzes work. Now I, thank you so very much, I managed to make one that actually works and kills you if you get 50% or less on the quiz. :-)
