[RMVX ACE] Looking for a team for Psychological Horror Game!

I can almost 99% guarantee you that no one with any decent skills is going to join you in making a game if you haven't even developed one crappy game on this website. And even then the only person you can rely on is yourself. It's a tough world out there kid, it's time to grow up.

[RMVX ACE] Looking for a team for Psychological Horror Game!
It is not that I can't make the game, and specially not because it won't look good. For the past two years I have worked on this game and due to all that I tried to do alone at the same time got myself a little issue of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, which sometimes paralyzed my whole arm due to the pain, which is weird considering I'm still a little kid, and this mostly happens in adults, so you can get an idea. I just need help to complete it. I cannot do tilesets anymore without not being able to write the next day, but I have been able to make illustrations and concept for maps, and get some things written down. It's ambitious, but only for a little kid alone. More people would just help me divide the workload and get things done faster.

My name is Lila, and for the past two years I have been working on developing a concept which I believe would best come across as an RPG Maker game. I have many ideas, however to bring these ideas to life I will be needing a team, I cannot do such an ambitious project alone.
What is Dystopia?
(Dystopia works as a placeholder name for my project, as I'm not ready to reveal the full project just yet. Spoilers ahead.)
"Dystopia" is a psychological horror/fantasy game
What kind of help I'll be needing:
*A programer; or someone who can work with the RPG Maker Engine, who can take care of the mapping and the event processing. (In case the workload turns out to be too much for one person it would be ideal to find another one.)
*At least two artists, one for pixel art, and one for busts and game art in general.
For a Pixel Artist I'll need someone who can create all animated and still sprites, and who can work with the programer, as I'm looking to have Parallex Mapping in this game.
The second person will be in charge of all other illustrations throughout the game, and I'll be providing all concept art for the characters and settings. I'll need someone who is fine with and is capable of drawing semi-grotesque graphics, and still keep it cartoon-ish.
**I'll personally work alongside all team members. I am an artist, I'll be making illustrations and te sprites for all main characters, and writing dialogue and directions. My greatest need right now would be a programmer who can create the maps:
I'm definitely not the man for the job when it comes to mapping and event programming.
As of now there are no plans of looking for voice actors yet, this shall be the last step in the game; however anyone who is a musician, although it's not my highest priority, would be welcomed into the team with open arms.
This game will not be sold for profit, however shall the first game succeed I will be looking forward to making a second game for profit, so I'm looking for the right team to put all of this together.

that takes place in a small district in a futuristic world, starting in a school for the arts where only the best of the best are educated. You play as a student, who is the only recognized writer in the whole school. Regardless of your unique talent, your classmates just find you odd and take every chance to make your life a living hell, if home wasn't enough for that.
However, life takes a turn after you find a bear cub injured on the way to school. Once nurtured back to health, the bear transforms into a humanoid, doll-like creature, who says she can grant you a wish or two if you help her win The Game. What is The Game? Will you accept? Is this game really what you expected? Be careful of what you wish for. Trust no one.
