The answer is probably yes, if you're willing to shell out boatloads of cash to license them. Their websites probably have a legal contact you can email.

I wonder how much Toby Fox had to pay when made Undertale. Pretty much the entirety of UT's soundtrack uses soundfonts from NES/SNES games.
