I am somewhat embarrassed to admit that I am in the range of ~270 pounds, or I was the last time I weighed myself. I'm about 6 ft 2-3. I will say in my own defence that I am not as overly chunky as that makes me sound, I'm a fairly big/broad shouldered guy anyways. Basically I just have a beer gut.
Been trying to lose some weight though. I lost about 20 pounds since I started dieting, and I expect to lose a good bit more now that I've really cut out a lot of poisonous shit, such as soda, junk foods, pot (in the vein of preventing snacking while high), and just about halving my alcohol consumption.
Dang, sounds like you're doing good for yourself! I'm working on cutting the junk food myself.

Is there a limit on how many uh... "contestants" there can be? I forgot to post in the thread that I was in, and already sent a PM.
My nose bled for like twenty minutes this morning. That's normal right?
It's probably the sudden drop in temperature around here lately. Also I hit my head on the roof quite often, but not hard enough for a concussion. (I sleep upstairs and the roof slants down, and we just moved in recently.)

I don't like doctors, got some bad history with one almost killing my mother. If it happens again I'll go. Or lose so much blood I fall back asleep and bleed out, whichever comes first.

Bleh. I've had a lack of energy the past few days. How do you guys deal with that?
To get more energy you can:
-Eat right (Fruits vegetables and the like)
-Go to bed earlier (If you're like me the usual time is after 1 A.M.)
-Drink an energy drink (Least recommended)
Or as an alternative:
-Mope around all day and be grumpy (Like me!)
