MECHA'S PROFILE

Hi, I'm new to this site as well as RPG Maker, and I need some help.

I have already completed all of the spritework and animations for a character in my game,
but when I went to edit one of the existing sprites, my character was bigger than the space
allowed. Is there any way to make it so that he can fit in the game? Any help would be
much appreciated. Thanks.
