In your opinion how safe is it to perform cunnilingus when you have a small aphthae behind your lip?

Not too worried about giving aphtae to another person i'm more concerned about the possibility of infection of a sexually transmitted disease, like oral herpes or something like that, due to me performing said sexual act on another person while having that small aphta.
I've honestly never read about a situation like this, which is why i ask.

Also the person in question doesn't know english and is as far from visiting websites like this as a person can be, not to mention my business with her will be a few days from now so i have plenty of time to regain the mood that is being killed at this moment in time.

You can also make an easy dam by cutting up a condom on one side and rolling it out to perform oral on.
But as Kloe and Libby said, there's so many ways to do stuff and have fun, if something doesn't feel comfortable - don't do it.
