Using a large dog as a pillow is comfy until ot gets too warm or the dog suddenly jumps because it saw someone walking outside.

Depends on what part of the dog. Some areas are pointy and/or bony.

Depends on the dog you're using. There are many fluffy friends who can be laid on in any manner, and still be comfy~<3

Well this is not a particularly fluffy dog but it is a very fat dog.
