Maybe try practising on friends and family who are willing to help you practice. Also, see if there's any tips for those with big hands - you can't be the first. Perhaps also go to a professional masseuse and during or after the massage ask a few tips if they don't mind.

Take a two-year Massage Therapy program. Then not only will you be a total boss with your fingers, but you can start your own practice and make money too. Word on the street is, men make better masseurs because of natural strength/endurance.

I don't really recommend getting in ladypants. They're usually weirdly tight and some of them don't have pockets :(
