Cool pixel art, the color and palette choices are nice and fit! :D I'm assuming it's a battle sprite? Only thing that bothers me is the dramatic resize prevents me from having a good look at it. :S

Sweet, the portrait looks awesome!
I think that the door and elevator is a bit too short in proportion to the sprite (maybe they should be 1 - 2 pixels bit taller?). If you want to further improve it, perhaps the floor and wall chipsets could be more varied and detailed instead of a repeated tile?

Adorable, great screenshot! The map is nicely drawn and layed out - the rocks must've taken forever - but it looks a bit unfinished as there's no shades / highlights (compared to all of the other objects in the scene).

The layout is simple and intuitive, and you've got a good base for an alpha. Quick fixes to make this title screen better: I'd recommend using a stone texture with a higher resolution, and to reduce the opacity of the yellow over the lamp as it takes away from the sprite. If you REALLY want to go the extra mile, an optional addition for maybe the final build is to have a subtle scrolling background instead of black.

The portrait and sprite look wonderful! :D I like the way you've done the folds and patterns on her clothes, but a tip for advice is that perhaps you could make the colors of her hair in the portrait a bit bolder. Good job!

I noticed that the game had this repeated motif of sketchbook doodles, autumn / earthy colors, and the Spiritome symbol, the circle with a cross, so I worked it into the menu. I'll be fixing the stats next.

This map seems really clean and neat!
Some suggestions:
Perhaps the cliff face could be less straight and rectangular, and jut out a bit?
The terrain could be mixed up a bit , as well: maybe there's a small dirt / stone path, or long grass, or a flowerbed, depending on what you're aiming for.

To make it more atmospheric (though not obligatory) you could use lighting effects.

Great palette change! ^^ It fits a lot better.
I prefer top Nikki: I apologize if this is nitpicky but I feel that the coloring of middle Nikki's hair is a bit harsh in contrast to the rest of the sprite, whereas the coloring of the top sprite seems more well-rounded in comparison.
