New version 1.1 uploading, if you overwrite old one, save files should still work. Fixed HIT rating abit, fixed known bugs.

Im trying to go back in and tweak the HIT rating on attacks and fix some bugs.

A couple bug here and there.
Poison Needles 1 and up are bugged(DONT USE)
Item in FukuKawa water plant is bugged and can be picked up over and over.
