Cannot delete subscription

When deleting a subscription, I get a 500 Internal Sever Error.

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@rpgmaker.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Found this place through Nessiah. I used to be rather active on forums, but now I'm usually just a lurker, because it's always kind of hard to blend into a community for me.
