Is this by Game Maker or RPG Maker VX?
Everything about it looks like RPG Maker VX, though it says it's Game Maker...
Also, you might wanna fix up your CSS for your background to tile or something, as it's only covering the top-left corner of the page. And I can't read anyone's posts either, maybe the text is matching the same color as the background column?

Im still getting some stuff sorted out so everything will be fresh and new in a little bit, i fixed the css, and as for the screenshots,those are from the RPG maker version of the game,im currently learing GML so i can switch engines but i will keep RMVX as the engine for now
