The demo was freakishly short - to the point where I finished in one minute. That's not really enough time to give you feedback on anything.

Well I did explicitly say it was short. It's the only area I feel I can show without spoiling a lot of the things I have in store. BTW did you fall right through the trees or circle round the edges and find the secret area? Did you find the area filled with bones? Or did you just grab the feather, place it on the eggs and leave?

its visually pretty but you have a dear sprite with a dog avatar o.o

fps drop in the area the west withered tree takes you too. (where you wade the water)

i just cannot get into these types of experiences where you just die over and over and there is not a logical way to avoid that and just progress to get thru the non existent until the end when whats going on would hopefully be explained story.
its the type of scenario which if you were really in it you would die. there is no other path. and that's just a turn off for me.same with repetition.

i am not sure if it was just my pc or memory leak issues perhaps but one or more areas i experienced frame drops

this is a beautiful game visually and the atmosphere is amazing.
that is the only good points i can mention as i did not finish this.

if you like jump scares,dying alot,and tail and error experiences.
give this a shot.

Things may seem random and illogical at first, but its about being cautious of everything. As cliche as this sounds, it follows witch's house logic, where the forest is trying to kill you any way it can. You are going to die at least once or twice in this game, but there are hints to help you avoid death as much as possible. I tried to be merciful with the save points and hints, but this is a puzzle rpg. It will not give you the answers outright, but the hintd will make sense. If you have trouble remember, you can always consult to walkthrough. That's what it's there for. You can also watch Level Joy's play through. She's easy to follow.

And YES, there is a story, but you need to be on the lookout for pages in order to find it all.

I hope you will give it another shot. If not, I'm sorry this game wasn't to your liking. We all have different tastes.

I think this is an error with the scripts. If not there's probably something wrong with me?

I seem to have not included rtp data in my compressed file. I will try fixing that tomorrow. However, Google that error in case it's a compatability issue since the same thing happened to me with downloading the witch' house
