I think I'm close to figuring this out, there was one killer, it was benny. He killed cavedog while PA shadowed him and got killed himself because he isn't the Murderer. This explains a lot but not what the Murderer did or how benny got the power to kill. Is there a possibility the Murderer set him up? Or is there a hole in my theory?

The killer not being the Murderer" this probably implies there being one Murderer with capital 'M' and others having power to kill?

So I guess I'll just quiet down a bit until we get a good idea of who could be scum.
