No it's not. It's -62 C/-80 F. At noon during the summer, it can get up to 20 C/68F. Oct. 2012, Curiosity Rover got some unseasonably warm temperatures, that got as high as 6 C at Gale Crater and it wasn't even spring. Temperatures climbed above freezing during half of Curiousity's time on Mars.
