I love rainy days because they feel very relaxing, and it feels good to sit inside and work or relax to the rain... and I like the smell, a lot. But I could see how they would feel tiring, for sure.
I like rainy days, it gives me an excuse to stay inside all day.

I too love rainy days! Makes me wanna get cozy and basically lazy. It also usually means I can't work outside for my job so it's like a day off when it comes around!
Rainy days do have there ups, and downs. :) To be honest I am lazy about doing outside work. I hate pulling weeds in the garden. It takes so long. So those days give me time to rest, and work on things indoors too.
When I was younger I used to love rainy days, I'd do stuff on my PC or play some games.
Nowdays they make me feel drained and I have no will to do anything constructive.
Also, they're usually grey and there's no sun, that means no vitamin D, which can result in unhappiness.

Actually, drinking too much milk was detrimental to my health.
BTW, why milk? It doesn't have vitamin D.

There's vitamin D milk! At least the stuff I drink says it is :P
I modulate my milk drinking, but I drink A LOT of milk. So, sorry to hear you can't :(
