Have you considered removing sleep,paralyze,charm,stop,etc and instant death attacks from the game?

Usually if you're using only one character and fighting a monster that uses these skills, it puts you into an infinite stun loop because they recast the stun skill before the previous skill's duration is over.

The game is heavily reliant on instant death attacks for killing bosses. (I can't really think of a way to kill them before one of them puts you into an infinite stun other than instant death on 1st turn or whenever you're not stunned. Using Odin in the 8 boss arena is pretty much the only way to win.)

I tried your game, I checked out the little town and the dungeon, and flew around on the Dragon a bit. I think I found a few secrets too, but I don't know if I missed anything.

Because you have been so interested I thin I will share with you what I have been working on lately. It's not even close to finished, but it's based on the Final Fantasy R engine, but I was hoping to take it to another level. I am now randomly generating everything in the game, the music and monsters (the monsters are now based on Pokemon Fusions :P ), and 100 characters, as well as the dungeons! I also added yanfly Rows, and party limit system:

You ever consider changing/removing the Basic Upgrade and Craft Parts items? Both this and Final Fantasy R are both ridiculously easy after learning craft parts and making a ton of Golden and Multiplex++ modules. :P

A lot of feedback this time, as a whole there's a lot of things that take away challenge from the game(although some of them are currently necessary to kill bosses, otherwise Bosses would take forever with a damage cap of 9999, silence and poison or air anchor/chainsaw are necessities at the moment since bosses can have millions of hp and are able to cast cure 4 to heal it all):

The new crafting system makes crafting kind of useless, I was able to get 17 crystals and max out the Student class making all stats 99999 and hp/mp 999999 before getting all the ingredients for one of the new recipes. (The Parts still use the old money recipes so those are still an insanely fast way to increase stats on chars that can equip them. The old recipes made the game pretty easy, craft relic -> ring of arcana + glove of dex or economizer then AOEing to 1-shot first turn every battle. This playthrough was actually slightly more difficult because 99% of the items that used to be craftable just didn't gather materials in time for the items to be of use.)

I also noticed that Chainsaw and Air Anchor (I haven't tested other instant death) is able to instant kill bosses. (Although there's a lot of exploits to kill bosses anyway, e.g. Scanner to stop them, Bio Blast to poison them to death)

The game is also lacking in items or stats to raise to defend against status ailments (If you're doing a solo run and your char gets hit by sleep, paralyze, fear, confuse etc might as well reload save because the enemies will reapply those statuses and you'll never get a turn)

I forgot to mention that there's a bug with the Bad Breath spell that makes all except one or all physical attacks miss an enemy that has all the negative statuses.

The 99,999,999 money cap is also pretty easy to reach after killing a few bosses and there isn't much to spend it on quickly. (Even spending it all on Golden Modules or Stat Elixirs is too slow to use up money at the rate that bosses drop it) (Maybe there can be really expensive craftable things such as Bigger Permanent Stat Elixirs for 40k, 400k, 4m, 40m)

One of the annoying things is having to rely on the randomization to reach the Asmodeus room too, if there was a craftable item to teleport to that room or a home base NPC to just directly go to that room the player wouldn't have to go back to home base and repeatedly change the seed.

I was playing 0.98 and noticed a few bugs:

Nothing drops the Dark Crystal (I had to modify the JSON to make item id 240 drop. The Asmodeus room works fine though.)

In Evil Factory I'm not sure how I did it but it's possible to walk through the walls and then the character gets stuck in the walls.

Sometimes when dungeon crawling and using only the stairs leading down, the map repeats through the same pattern of maps over and over and you never get different maps unless if you use a stairs leading up.

If a monster that only spellcasts and does not have commands to use when muted, it goes into a permanent stopped state and poison doesn't do its per turn damage (The exception is if the monster is silenced and also paralyzed e.g. with Scanner tool. The best way to kill bosses is to use scanner to paralyze, optionally silence the boss, then bio blaster to poison, and then just repeatedly use scanner on it to have poison tick its health down to 1. Because of the 9999 damage cap and lack of attacks that go over the damage cap, poison is the most effective way to kill bosses.)
