Pizza is correct. The mod in control of the game queue has to check that it's up to site standards and will either accept or deny it. If accepted you'll get a notice alerting you and after that you can add blogs, pages and uploads. It'll also be actually added to the site for others to see.
If denied you'll receive a PM telling you why it was denied. You can then edit the page to make it better via what the PM said to fix. (Usually it's poor presentation. A good idea is to make sure to use the best maps you have to show and to double-check your description for spelling and/or grammar errors. I recommend checking out a few game pages to see what are considered good pages so you know where you stand in that aspect.) You can then resubmit.
Usually it can take up to a week to get approved - depending on how hectic the mod's life is at the moment. More often than not the wait will be a day or two, but wait for a week or contact - whichever comes first - before asking about it again.
Good luck~
