lol yeah something about that game had a very charming quality...twas the music now that I think about it. Like the cave theme, if you took that and transcripted it into an orchestra or piano, it would be quite good.

There were a few moments in the game where the characters actually appeared to be human, like laughing and making jokes and such, but most of the time I felt like this game was as exciting as being a plumber.

Did anyone play Tecmo's Children of the Stars? It was one of those completely drab role players that my childhood mindstate made very memorable. Anyways, if I worked for a magazine I'd have to say Chrono Trigger had the best everything on the SNeS...

what's up with the mutual dislike of Xenogears? It's only one of the best RPG's ever made!! ;D
