Converting pics to RPG maker Vx format

I'm trying to find a way to more easily convert files for the game I'm developing.
Currently, I have to open paint and tediously remove a white outline pixel by pixel.

Hello everyone. Glad to finally have both a completed mini project and a prospective place to allow others to play. I only really make games as a hobby while I'm not busy with work or other things (Have a trip to Japan looming), But I look forward to entertaining you all and reading your feedback.
