Is it true multiculturalism isn't good anymore?

I thought western europe was mostly tolerant to other cultures but this doesn't seem to be the case anymore. In the internet I see a bunch of people criticizing immigrants from countries such as Somalia for no reason and there was that norwegian guy who disliked it so he killed a hundred or so kids of his own race.

I mean, I believe some of you must be from europe, so, is it THAT BAD? Or is it just right-wing conservative mumbo-jumbo? Enlighten me on this issue

Can you draw RPG Sprites of people in modern clothing?

I don't even care if you suck a bit at spriting. That can be dealt with.

I believe I have enough experience programming games to code a full game in Sphere, so your efforts won't be in vain.
