A person at my group chat said that she'll never be tracked down. Guess what happens IF you have a friend that's capable of tracking a person?

The status seems to imply that someone said "I'll never be tracked down" and then you told your friend to track them down. Or is your friend just a stalker on his/her own?

How is it useful? What comes to mind is that kid that got a SWAT team sent to someones house over a game and is now facing some serious shit.
