Question about RPG maker XP

Thanks. il figure out how to do it without the rtp later, or mabye il post about it when i cant.

I heard that when you make a game disc using RPG Maker XP it does not include the RTP like it did in RPG Maker 2003, is that true?! cus if it is then me giving my games to my friends is in the toilet.
