Getting RMXP and RMVX to work?

Uh i don't really read the manual so
can anybody help me and tell me why
something comes up saying Error Ntitles server
or something close to that?

Face Set Errors on RM2k3

Ugh i keep getting errors when i try to test play my
current project.It's say something about a faceset error and
i havn't tampered with it for a few weeks,it worked perfectly fine before
anybody have clues on why it's not working e . e?
There's only one face set on it yet it has a error lol.
I'll try to take a screen shot of it as soon as I get a chance.

I'm not really new to the site but this is the first time I've actually registered an account.
I'm currently already working on a rm2k3 game and got the a little done so far.
I'm currently studying out the country and it kinda sucks (Makes me more of a nocturnal guy).

I'm a basic gamer/computer geek.
Big fan of rpg,1st and 3rd person shooters,classics,and so on type of games.
