Looking for a Crew! (Scripter, Mapper, Etc.)
A lot of ideas sound good in your head until you try to implement them. You should try coming up with something you can show before trying to recruit.
Ninja's Unboxing 3
I'm wondering about those ridiculous controls, but I guess it doesn't matter if its a fake video. Also wtf is a ninja doing fighting with his bare hands?
Demon summoning incantations
Google translate into Latin because it sounds cool and mysterious.
I see what you did there.

[Results!]Christmas Mapping Contest!
Great, I guess. I haven't done anything RPG Maker related in a while, but I lurk on these forums everyday.

Topics like this are why I don't call myself an atheist. Most atheists have the same level of intolerance as any other organised religion, except they express their disdain with derogatory comments and slander.
For me, it's all about The Big Electron.
You won't call yourself an atheist because you don't like the label? Too bad that's not how the world works.
Wanted: writers, designers and artists to create RPG
Doing a group project takes a lot of work and dedication. Most people can't even finish a solo game. So it's up to you to show that you are capable of succeeding. Working with someone who doesn't know what hes doing is essentially making that person carry the project and that beats the whole point of having a group. If you want to show you are capable but don't have any games then you are setting up for failure because most people aren't able to complete a game and those who have not tried don't know how hard it is. So like they said, you gota make something to show you know what do to.
Visual appeal vs other content
I wouldn't say those games are boring, but statistically bad. People that just started making games are often the ones who make fan games or use lots of cameos (I know I did to an extent).
Mario's Mansion

Hmm I always try to keep my difficulty level low so people won't rage. I could run through it pretty easily every time so I figured it wasn't that hard. Also if you explore a little you can find an alternate easier path and even a level skip in part 1 which I built specifically for people who didn't want to do the running.
