When I can get off my ass.. oh wait that would be counter-productive here. Since we are continuing work after the event there will be custom battlers and at least partial custom sprites.

Just letting people know that an update is in the works that addresses some of the feedback we have received. It might be worth it to wait a bit.

I made that with a program called Tiled which is what we used to make the maps for this project. I made it as a tileset.

Hmm I always try to keep my difficulty level low so people won't rage. I could run through it pretty easily every time so I figured it wasn't that hard. Also if you explore a little you can find an alternate easier path and even a level skip in part 1 which I built specifically for people who didn't want to do the running.
