I had originally felt sorry for you.
Now I've seen alot more.
Plus, saying as it's been five years since age has stopped my from anything, I had forgotten about the whole "must be 13 to use forums" rule; which, I'm pretty sure is a LAW. Not just a rule.
Had you taken the proper steps, (saying that you are under 12, and to send a request to your parents E-mail saying that you can join,) you would be fine.
But now with your bullshit I rescind my previous sincerity.

I know its hard, that's why I don't care anymore. A joke in the wrong place even in IRC can get you into this, so i dont really care.

Guy, firstly - we don't need 'legal proof'. This is a privately-managed forum on the internet, not a courtroom. You said you were twelve to somebody, and since you have given us no reason to believe you are older than twelve, we will continue with that assumption. I acted upon this belief, and since you have done nothing but act like a baby since then, the ban will remain in place.
I am not saying I am the best mod in the world, but I do think I run this forum and IRC chat pretty well. I have no hesitation saying that RMN's forums/IRC chat are the most relevant and intelligent RM* forums on the internet.
Doesnt matter mate, go on with your business then. You solumn people can't even take jokes these days. I ban evaded to correct myself, and yet you did not give me a chance even after I said I was not 12.

For the record, Karsuman is a mod and not someone with complete access to the site. If you have a functional issue with the site, asking Karsuman won't do anything. He moderates the site. He doesn't run it. And yes, you should know that because the word mod doesn't mean "runs the site".
Second of all, where is this power abuse? You got banned from IRC because we had it on good word you were 12. Karsuman is doing his job. It is site policy to not allow anyone under 13. You agree to these terms when you registered. Of course, you didn't know because you didn't read the terms of service (which is also very handily linked in the footer on every page).
Third, you are pretty much permanently banned for ban evading, which we do not tolerate in the slightest.
Fourth, you posted this in the wrong forum. Yes you should have known that because Help & Requests is in the "Game Development" section of the forums. "Site Feedback" is called "Site Feedback" for a very good reason.

Signed and genuine proof that you are 12 isn't that necessary to us if you both act like it and state it.
I've said it and I'll say again it was a legal issue, and he had no legal proof.
By acting like it, it's fun to be immature in chat once in a while, looks like doing that and joking about your age is a bannable offense as far as I can see.
